We visited Temple Israel of Hollywood and Rabbi John Rosove was very nice to us. We spent time together and had interractive conversations in very relaxed mood.
ハリウッドのシナゴーグに行き、ラビからお話を伺いました。Jstreetというユダヤのロビー団体でもアクティブに活動しているラビです。ラビがそこで働きはじめたころから、シナゴーグに来る人は3倍になっているようで、人気あるんだなと思いました。寄付もとても多いようです。
セオドール・ヘルツェルの『ユダヤ人国家』の初版がありました。
月曜日と金曜日は、学校の生徒向けの祈祷があるということでした。学校や幼稚園（保育園なのだろうか）も併設されていて、来る人も多そうでした。彼がそこで働いていた30年の間に、メンバーが3倍に増えたそうです。

John served as national Co-Chair of the Rabbinic Cabinet of J Street (2011-2016), a pro-Israel pro-peace political and educational organization in Washington, D.C., advocating for a two-state solution to the Israel and Palestinian conflict. He is now a member of the Executive Rabbinic Cabinet of J Street.
